For the entire life cycle of your luminaire, from development to service, Tuner4TRONIC is providing you with the right software tools to manage your product.

Starting from the client’s idea translated into the right configuration for the LED driver in the luminaire by the developer, the data is accessible for the manufacturing workflow to be downloaded to program each individual product. Once at the installation site, installation staff can realize fine-tuning or modifications with the easy-to-use Tuner4TRONIC mobile app. Maintenance and service technicians can also use this app to monitor the luminaire’s status, upload revised settings created by the luminaire maker or replace drivers with a clone by simply copying data from the original LED driver.

Light levels, luminaire performance, permission settings and application data can be defined and monitored to extract the maximum value from our award-winning OPTOTRONIC LED driver products. Tuner4TRONIC supports different production schemes, from individual programming of low batches to highly automatized mass production. Product and programming data is safe and easily manageable. Tuner4TRONIC Configurator is a browser based application on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Tuner4TRONIC Configurator allows creating production files with parameter settings – e.g. output current, operating mode, dim profiles.
Tuner4TRONIC Production 4 is a WINDOWS based application to program and read LED drivers.
Tuner4TRONIC SimpleCurrent is a WINDOWS based application supporting migration from current programming via LEDset to NFC.

Please download family programming database and import in Tuner4TRONIC Production to keep database updated, if Tuner4TRONIC Production is used in offline mode.

Tuner4TRONIC Configurator offers an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). However, all features can be accessed by the https based Tuner4TRONIC REST API that allow integration in 3rd party SW products, e.g. for integration in ERP systems, luminaire testing equipment or creating custom branded GUIs. Tuner4TRONIC API can be hosted locally on a virtual machine to allow offline operation. Check license agreements with our sales representatives and download Tuner4TRONIC Images for VMware.
Tuner4TRONIC Production features can be accessed by Tuner4TRONIC CMD/DLL. DLLs, exe files and user manuals are copied and updated automatically in the installation folder, when installing Tuner4TRONIC Production.
Tuner4TRONIC Development is a SW tool to configure and program ECGs for discharge lamps. Please note that customer support for T4T Development with LED drivers has been terminated. Please use T4T Configurator and T4T Production 4 to program LED drivers. Please check the video in the post below or contact t4tsupport@inventronicsglobal.com for details on migrations.
The Tuner4TRONIC Field App is a mobile application tool for quick, on-site reading and programming of LED drivers. Use it to upload production files, fine-tune settings and profiles, or access diagnostic data in seconds. With its convenient copy-and-paste feature, replacing LED drivers becomes faster and more efficient than ever.
